
We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, detail orientated individual to join our friendly team in our Ballarat office as a Trainee Assistant broker. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the ins and outs of the industry and gain hands-on experience whilst building a long-term career with plenty of support along the way!

What you will do:·
- Support insurance brokers with administrative tasks and servicing clients from all around Australia
- Assist in preparing policy documents, Quotes, and renewals
- Help maintain accurate client records
- Communicate with insurers and clients to obtain necessary information and provide ideal outcomes for clients
- Learn industry regulations, products, and systems
- Provide general office support as needed

- Someone who is organised & reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
