We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, detail orientated individual to join our friendly team in our Ballarat office as a Trainee Assistant broker. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the ins and outs of the industry and gain hands-on experience whilst building a long-term career with plenty of support along the way!

What you will do:·       

  • Support insurance brokers with administrative tasks and servicing clients from all around Australia
  • Assist in preparing policy documents, Quotes, and renewals
  • Help maintain accurate client records
  • Communicate with insurers and clients to obtain necessary information and provide ideal outcomes for clients
  • Learn industry regulations, products, and systems
  • Provide general office support as needed
